"Garlic Parmesan Pasta Chips: Irresistible Flavor Combo"
Pasta that has been baked or air-fried until crisp is used to make the delightful and crunchy snack known as "pasta chips." They have become more well-known recently as a unique and tasty substitute for conventional potato chips or corn chips.
Making spaghetti chips is a comparatively easy technique.
Ingredients:
- Dried pasta in any shape you like, such as rigatoni or penne.
- Oil of olives
- Salt and seasonings such as (paprika), (Parmesan cheese), (onion powder), (garlic powder) etc.)
Instructions:
1. If you're baking the chips, Heat your air fryer in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
2. Following the directions on the package, cook the pasta in salted, boiling water until just al dente. Because it will continue to cook while baking or air-frying, you want the pasta to be al dente.
3. After draining the pasta, pat any remaining moisture from it using paper towels.
4. Toss the somewhat cooled pasta with some olive oil in a big bowl, making sure to coat every piece completely.
5. Add salt and any additional seasonings of your choice, stirring one more to achieve uniform distribution.
6. For the oven method or the air fryer basket, arrange the seasoned pasta pieces in a single layer.
7. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, tossing the pasta halfway through to ensure uniform crispness.
8. To ensure consistent cooking when using an air fryer, cook for 10-15 minutes while shaking the basket occasionally.
9. Watch the spaghetti chips carefully in the final few minutes to avoid scorching them. When finished, they need to be crispy and golden brown.
10. Take chips out of the oven /air-fryer and eat them as a pleasant and crispy snack.
To find your preferred combination, feel free to experiment with various pasta shapes, flavors, and dipping sauces.
